Some of us have felt it.

Our minds are moving faster than our bodies can integrate.

Many of us are navigating work, home, and family lives in a rapidly accelerating environment.

Pace Somatic is a virtual body awareness studio.
A weekly practice to develop the inner pace required to stay awake, aware, and lead.

Most of what we've been offered for life navigation is information. Books, apps, podcasts. All of it addressed to the mind.

The body is where the pace lives. It is also where information gets integrated.

We gather a few times a week to check in. Slowly, the system learns to recognize its signals.

Not to fix anything. Not to stack a new framework in the mind.
To be present.

A guide leads the practice or dialogue. We show up and do it. The rest builds from there.

When we meet

Make a little room in your week to come back to yourself. Join a free workshop, or find a regular rhythm with us as a member.

We suggest joining at least once a week. The deeper value is in returning: pairing weekly practice with deep dives, and bringing that awareness into the way we live.
